- US customers will pay their original shipping rate for returns not to exceed $6.95.
- Customers who received free shipping will pay a return fee of $6.95.
- International customers will pay 100% of the return costs based on the current cost of a newly issued return label. This cost may be more than the original shipping charge.
A prepaid label for your returns will be emailed. Please, carefully box your returns to ensure safe transit back to the warehouse.
We will refund your purchase price minus the cost of your return shipping once we have received your returned items. The refund will be issued in the exact manner of your original payment.
